Some of our wines are made from premium imported grape concentrates that we sell onsite.  Did you like what you had?  You can purchase the supplies necessary to make them on your own or get them already bottled for sale!

Like picking ripe, dark, succulent blackberries straight
off the vine. (Just beware of the bears!) The natural
combination of slight tart acidity with the pleasant
sweetness that makes blackberries so appealing is
perfect with the robust and lively Cabernet backing.

Cap-N-Corks can hand craft over 50 wines in small batches to give you the best quality possible.  We pour our wines at the tasting bar daily!  Our tasting bar will also have a rotating list of wines from other Wisconsin wineries to sample including European grape varietals, fruit wines and blends.
